Lighted Travel Mirror

Does anyone have a good travel lighted, magnified mirror (but not too magnified) that you would recommend? I'm at the age that it's hard to put makeup on in the bathroom mirror but want something light and for travel.

Thanks!

Does it really need to be lighted? Or, would the light from the bathroom or vanity be enough? Every drugstore carries magnifying mirrors...pretty cheap...and they have the regular and magnified mirrors on the reverse side.

I have a great fold up travel mirror I got from Avon and I LOVE IT - bring it along on all my cruises - I never put makeup on in the bathroom - too steamy and hard to see - I set the mirror up on the 'vanity/desk' - it has a little tray in front when you 'unfold it' (attached) so I can leave a couple of eye pencils/lip gloss/mascara there - the ones I use daily. It does not light up however I do find that the vanity and cabin lighting is usually good enuf

Found a picture of it!!! (you can see how it folds up - the sides go in and mirror into tray so very compact and easy to pack - and I am one of those that ALWAYS needs to be concerned about my luggage weight LOL)

I like lighted too - it's what I'm used to at home and though I can live without it....

I saw a travel mirror on clearance at Marshalls last year and didn't buy it and have been kicking myself ever since (and no, I haven't seen another at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Ross since then:cool:)

I like this one but I'm not spending $39 for a travel mirror:p

Amazon has a bunch of options too, but again, mostly more than I'd want to spend for something that's not a necessity for me: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_kk_2?rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Alighted+travel+mirror&keywords=lighted+travel+mirror&ie=UTF8&qid=1373803435

Of course, ask me again after my next eye doctor appt - the older I get, the worse my eyes, and they were perfect until a few years ago ;-)

I'm with you on the eyes thing. Getting old is a b%tch. I have an appointment with my optometrist this week to get a pre-exam before going back to my favorite ophthalmologist for cataract surgery... And, I'm not even 60 yet!!!
