Favorite ship?

Recommended Posts

We have only sailed on the Pride but since Carnival is pulling out of Baltimore next year (BOO!) we are looking at other ships, especially ships in Florida. Which ship is your favorite? Why? Thanks!

You could sail on the Pride out of Tampa. LOL Just kidding. We have been on all current classes of ships. I love the Liberty and Breeze.

The fantasy is my favorite. Her interior is much more subdued than others in the fleet. She is the oldest but like your favorite old pair of jeans you never get rid of. She has a great crew and her location is great for me to drive to.

My favorite is the Legend. She's big, but she feels small. Also, as far as I know, she's the only one that has french door cabins that sell as inside cabins. If you don't feel like putting out the money for a balcony, at least you can open the french doors and enjoy the ocean sounds and smells.:D

The Liberty is my favorite.

We have been on her twice... and even better with the 2.0 Upgrades.

We like the bigger ships... but the Dream was just one size too big.

Our favorite ship & cruise was Freedom, out of Ft. Lauderdale - exotic eastern itinerary.

Glad to hear it! I will be sailing on the Freedom for the first time next Jan.

Favorite: Freedom, hands down. Best crew we've ever seen. All so friendly and will go "overboard" to make sure you have everything you need.

Least Favorite: Dream. Too big, too crowded. And it wasn't because of long lines either. We know enough not to go at certain times. There was just too many people for the size of the public areas. Where ever you went on sea days, it was shoulder to shoulder.

Probably just because the crew is so FANTASTIC, but I've sailed "Paradise" several times this year, and have ALWAYS had a wonderful time aboard. Yes, she's old, and a bit smaller, but everything aboard has been perfect!

Victory, Ecstasy, Conquest and Triumph under my belt so far. The Victory was probably my favorite to look at, but the Ecstasy had karaoke in a club, not a hallway. I really do not like the casino hallways jammed with karaoke singers and live music.

I agree with your statement 100%. Last time I sailed "Miracle" they had the Karaoke is the hallway outside the dining room, and it was TERRIBLE, because there was no place to sit, and folks walking right in front of the singers, etc. It seems that on some ships, Karaoke lost it's "spot" because of the comedy club activity. BOOOOO!
