hair dryers

We will be cruising on the Island Princess next week and can't find if the cabins come with hair dryers. Can anybody help us?

All cabins have them but they are not very strong so do not work real well with long or thick hair. At least that's what my wife says.

Yes, every cabin on every Princess ship has a hair dryer. Some are in the bathroom and others are by the desk

If you are picky about what you need, pack your own. Just like hotels. they are not always the best choice for all.

Just off Ocean Princess. The dryer was wall mounted in the bathroom and totally useless. I SO regretted not taking my own.

Just off the Crown and yes it has a "hairdryer" at the dressing table....not much good though

We always carry our own BUT have never needed to use it on a Princess ship. :)

The only ships with hair dryers in the bathroom (they're wall-mounted with a machine and tube with just an on/off switch) are the small ships, the Ocean and Pacific. The rest have a basic hair dryer mounted above the desk.

Except the Royal which has it in a drawer at the desk.

Most of the hair dryer run very hot, so I always bring one with me. There

are some really good small ones for traveling.
