Formal night on Christmas Cruise

Would you expect to see more or less tuxes on formal nights on a 14 night cruise during Christmas? Thanks.

I've done a few 10 day Christmas cruises and more passengers seemed to go formal with a tux. I would expect the same for a 14 day cruise. Holidays bring out people wanting photos and what better way than all dressed up.

On our Christmas/New Years cruise,in our group of eight , two of the men wore tux the other wore nice suits.

It was the women and even children who were dressed up for Christmas and even more on New Years Eve.

We've done two Christmas/New Year cruises both in the Caribbean and the majority wore formal attire. Very special occasions worth dressing up for. The atmosphere on board is amazing.
