Easy shuttle in Miami

Anyone used this company from the port to MIA?

Any comments good or bad

 

Yes I know I can get a taxi but need to pre book a pickup time

 

 

any other drivers that have a good review

Never seen them mentioned on these boards? :confused: American shuttle has the franchise at MIA and you can get a quote/reservation on line with them.

 

I do not understand why you need to pre-book a shuttle and cannot take a taxi :confused: - lots of cabs waiting at the port and a flat rate fare of $24+tip even for larger SUV and mini-van cabs.

I have had prebooked shuttles NOT show up. Take a taxi. Up to 4 people-$25 to airport flat rate.

Just to clarify

We have almost missed our flight waiting for Taxis

Our flight was 12:30pm so not an early morning one

DH said never again & I agree

Every cruise out of Miami there have been a line of cabs waiting for passengers outside the bags/custom/immigration area - NEVER waited for a cab unless we needed a van cab because of the size of our group or the amount of luggage my wife insisted that she needed to bring. POM to MIA is a 15 minute ride -- if you have a 12:30 flight you will be there EARLY.

You were not on our cruise where lots of people missed their flights & there were no line up of cabs
