Looks like they've changed MFP since I last used it. It looks too hard to do now that I can't seem to enter the whole breakfast etc.

Happy thanksgiving to everyone! Congratulations to those who have lost. Be sure to set your scale back 10# tonight!!

 

I have lost the 2# I gained on the cruise and have been maintaining. I think I will try to maintain through Christmas and then lose another 10#. AT that point, I will re-evaluate.

Another .1% drop in body fat and no movement on the scale. My clothes are looser every week, I'm into a size 4 with no problem, and a two in "vanity sizing."

 

I bought a few new things the other day at Macy's with. 20% off coupon, but don't want to buy too much until I'm sure where my body will finish size-wise.

I had to buy a new wedding band when mine slipped off on a river trip. I thought I got a pretty tight one, but now this sucker is loose as all get out. May have to get one more at goal weight, or be more careful. (They are tungsten carbide so they can't be re-sized - and yes, my better half is VERY understanding!)
