Rare geoherb Posted December 5, 2013 #8 Share Posted December 5, 2013 We've been on several Christmas cruises on Princess. The special menu in the dining room has sometimes been on Christmas Eve and other times on Christmas itself. They have always had turkey and the trimmings (although I'm not a big fan of their chestnut stuffiing.)
OCruisers Posted December 5, 2013 #9 Share Posted December 5, 2013 We took many Christmas/New Year's cruises on Princess when our children were still in school and cruising with us. Always festive food with the option of turkey as well as many other things. :) LuLu ~~~~

TinaLee Posted December 6, 2013 #15 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Any chance things like eggnog and Gluhwein will be available on any of the earlier in December cruises, or are the Christmas special dishes only during the actual week of the holiday? caber Posted December 7, 2013 #17 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Christmas 2010 we cruised on Sea Princess in the Caribbean. On Christmas Day we had turkey for dinner. As 99% of the passengers were British I expected the traditional Christmas dinner with turkey, stuffing, chipolatas, roast potatoes etc., but was very disappointed with the accompaniments to the turkey. It was as photographed previously. The executive chef was German so maybe that made a difference.
