Ships to San Blas??

Many, many years ago we went to San Blas off the coast of Panama. This was a favorite port. There is no other like it! We did a canal cruise on a ship that ended up in India. It was a stop for Holland America on there way through the canal a few years ago but don't think they do that now. We can't go through it (hate to fly to a coast and $$$). Just in to Lake Gatune is fine. Do you know of any ships that go there now? Thanks!

We stopped at San Blas about 3 times and found it great fun. We were on HAL ships. I still have some molas we purchased there. Beautiful pieces. :)

 

I haven't seen San Blas in any HAL itineraries for some time now. Wonder why?

Lots of smaller ships stop there, Silver Sea, Seaborn, Swan Hellenic, Windstar to name a few. HAL's Amsterdam has it on the itinerary for their January 2015 world cruise.

Thanks for the answers but we don't want t pricey ship. Any NCL, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity type ships? We do have a budget and drive to whatever port the ship leaves from.

Did stop there once while on a Princess cruise, but it was many years ago.

Here are some sites that tell which ships to which ports and when. None are totally accurate but play around on them and look for a ship that goes to San Blas Islands.
