What does everyone think about sorrentos? I like the pizza alot, i think its really good but thats just me

Just so so. Have had much better on Princess cruises as they make their crusts fresh for each pizza.

Nothing like pizza from Naples, but for cruise ship pizza, we like it fine.

I can't think of many more questions that will cause a wider disparity of replies....

 

Ok, that said, I consider it average at best. Just not my favorite style of crust. But, yeah, when you want a snack, its quick, easy and usually just enough.

The best thing about Sorrento's is it helps disperse some of the crowds out of the Café Promenade.

We look forward to the pizza not because it's the greatest pizza but because it's cruise pizza! Just like the honey stung chicken, the sour dough rolls, or the red fruit punch which is now limited to labadee and cococay. It's not because it's the greatest food you ever had but because of the nostalgia that goes with it lol.

It hits the spot when you're hungry. It's even better because it's free. Can't complain about a free pizza.

No charge. And there is a lot more than pizza there. There are grilled veggies, cheeses, breads, paninis, salads, etc. Love it. Some ships do better pizza than others.

That is the same reason that I look forward to the coffee on the ships. It is pretty bad but the only place I get it is on a cruise. I'm always happy when I'm drinking it.

Just got off the oasis, my kids and I enjoyed sorrentos every night. Good pizza, different types every night. We really enjoyed meeting there each night, in comparison to all the cruise ship pizza we have eaten, this has been the best.

Honestly tho, I'm not too picky with food, especially when it's ready to eat and I didn't make it, but I would consider it on par with frozen pizzas like jacks

I think the pizza in Sorrento's is ok, nothing to write home about but not bad either. I have noticed though that not all Sorrento's are the same on all ships. They all serve pizza but I noticed that the Sorrento's on the Freedom of the Seas had a larger choice of selections. As mentioned in another post there was antipasto, salad, roasted veggies, and other meats that can be sampled.
