Maybe not exactly what you are looking for but Fat Fish Adventures Jet Ski to Stingray City is awesome. If you haven't done it Stingray City is really a must do, plus you get a 10 mile ride on the skis and they really let you enjoy them, pretty much doing what you want. It was the highlight of our cruise last year.

Sea Grape Beach Club on 7 Mile beach has everything you need.Shuttle from pier is 5.00 p/p ea way. Chairs and umbrella's are available to rent.

We also highly recommend the Fat FIsh Adventures excursion, one of our favorite experiences while staying on GCM.

 

Also jet-skis and other rentals are available at Rum Point but you'd have to rent a car and make the 45 min drive. But so worth it to get away from the crowds...

 

Otherwise you can make the easier trek to the beach clubs with everyone else (Sea Grape and Royal Palms on SMB).

Seagrape beach has rentals.....jetskis, banana boats, parasailing, etc.... Food and drink right there, along with nice bathrooms! Buses will come and go throughout the day. It's NOT that crowded!!!!!!
