Larry's Private Car and Limo

Has anyone every had a problem with Larry's Private Car and Limo? We used them on our recent cruise and had a serious issue with them. I had to pay extra when they picked us up at the port to go to the airport. I have tried emailing them and have not gotten any results.

 

Trying to find out if them charging extra after pre-booking with them is something they do a lot of. Very upset with the and I guess if I don't hear back from them, my next step will be contacting the Florida Better Business Bureau.

We used them in March to go from FLL to Miami precruise, and from Miami to FLL post cruise. They were great! Punctual when we got to FLL and waited for over an hour in Miami on our return (Customs and Immigration was having a "slow down"). No issues with billing at all - they had pre-billed us so everything including tip was already taken care of. I would use them again anytime.

Sorry you had a problem. Have you tried calling them?

If you want to see if other have had problems I would google it (when you google you can bring up CC posts) and I would look on trip advisor.
