123Go in UK doesn't apply to inside staterooms

Ah, well, it did seem a very good offer.

I couldn't understand why the offer code wasn't working, then read the T&Cs:

"8 The 123Go! promotion is applicable to Oceanview stateroom categories and above. Interior staterooms are not applicable to the promotion. "

Just posting so others might avoid the same mistake, and disappointment!

It is the same here as well.

Greetings

Same in the USA. Must book oceanview or above. For once the offers seem to be identical, the Brits aren't getting a worse deal.

Good Sailing

I was told by Future Cruise Dept, that they were trying to get us ((UK)in line with US terms and conditions, when we were on The Infinity TA in October.

Greetings

I am sure many of my European friends will be happy to hear this. The difference in the Celebrity offerings is a recurring theme on this site.

Has anyone noticed the big discrepancy between the Inside and Outside prices nowadays? It used to be a difference on $100 or $200 pp. Now the difference is HUGE! I guess that pays for the perks!

Absolutely! There's no such thing as a free lunch, as they say.

With many cruise lines having offers running to the end of February, I'm holding fire.

It's all basic supply and demand. Just checked out the prices for the upcoming Silhouette cruises for the remainder of the Caribbean season and the Eastern Caribbean version has a differential from 150-350' date=' averaging 210, while the Western goes from 150-400, averaging 255. Of the 14 cruises, the difference is 200 or less on 8 of them.[/font'] At this late date, if you're flexible with your dates, then you can still get a great rate on an OV cabin and take advantage of the 1-2-3 Promotion. If you're not so flexible with your dates, you have nobody to blame than yourself for dragging your feet and waiting to book.

Perhaps that's the case for your cruises, but on our next one the difference is Inside $1589 vs Outside $2769 pp. before taxes.

On our summer cruise, it is Inside $2859 vs Outside $3459, also before taxes. On our past October cruise the difference was similar.

I have to infer that you're going on a 14 day cruise on the other side of the pond if the rate is 2859 for an inside cabin. Like I said, it's all basic supply and demand. If the cost differential was just to make up for the 1-2-3 promotion, then the percentage difference should be the same and obviously there are vast differences comparing 7 day cruises in the Caribbean in the winter and I'm inferring 14 day cruises in Europe in the summer.
