This thread is over 7 years old and was resurrected.
There was no need for it to remain a sticky a long time ago.

I don't remember Halfacts as a sticky, but I do remember that there was a sticky about 'third party websites' not being mentioned on CC.  Halfacts was one of those who we were not supposed to mention.

There are a lot fewer stickies than there were several years back.  More than half of the first page was taken up with stickies then.

I do remember that. It made the page a lot more user friendly to remove some of them.
