Early disembarkation , late flight

Hi

We have already booked a transfer with Princess from Fort Lauderdale to Miami airport , we arrive FLL at 7 am and our flight is not until 18.25 the same day , I have just noticed that this transfer is not refundable but a transfer would get us there much too early and we hate hanging out at airports for too long .

Their tours on that day are 59 pp then airport drop off but that means we are paying for the trip to the airport twice , any suggestions anybody ?

Would it be practical to go to the airport straight away , leave our luggage in storage and take a trip out to Miami for a few hours:confused:?

I don't believe Miami has luggage storage. In addition, I don't think you'll be able to check your luggage that early. I believe if you take a tour, you can get refunded the airport transfer.

in my experience, if you booked the transfer on with princess, if you on the first day, take the transfer back to the excursion desk, you can refund it or apply it to the tours that princess offers. We took the alligator farm and botanical gardens tour with my wife a few years ago, it was awesome. We still arrived at the the airport at 1300 ish, so that didn't kill as much time as we wanted.

 

I believe if you do it early enough you can return the transfer.

Ok , I have had a refund on the transfers and booked a tour with Princess and a drop off at the airport , I figured that with the refund , having to pay baggage storage and transport to and from Miami and the hassle it wasn't worth the trouble

As stated by others, take a tour. Bring the voucher to the tour desk and book a tour.
