Do you have more luggage than you need?

Don't judge me by my luggage . Just have enough to get buy on long trips. We have totes and duffles enough for everyone though.

Airlines are rough, not to mention cruise ships.

When I see a really good sale on luggage, I pick up a couple of pieces to have as spares.

Between the airlines and the cruise lines, we have one destroyed about every other trip.

3 Large Leagal size luggage and dw and i each have a carry on.. We always over pack.

Nope, living in a NYC apartment prevents me from having this sort of problem. While I sometimes get frustrated with the lack of storage space, I'm grateful to have this built-in limitation on how much stuff I can accumulate. I'd rather spend my money on experiences than things.

When we lived in an apartment we were able to make do. I find that when people have more space, they accumulate more stuff to fill that extra space. For us it seems like it's stuff we didn't really need before, but we bought since we have that extra space. We store our luggage in our basement and put the smaller suitcases inside the larger ones.

If you have extra or un-needed carry-on bags/duffles/etc., consider contacting your local dept. of social services foster care office.

 

Many children in foster care need the bags. So many of the children have nothing but grocery bags when they must be moved to a new foster home.

Family of 10 here. We own a lot of luggage :o

More often than not we are only using a few pieces, but for the times we do travel altogether.... we rely on the rest.
