Went to the loyalty desk and they printed me a new card Printing a new card is one thing. Awarding the next tier benefits mid-cruise is another. Only turning Pinnacle provides same cruise tier benefits. Virtually everyone changes tiers mid cruise. The C&A points are totaled after the completion of the cruise and the new tier recognized on the subsequent cruise. Been that way for the 30 years we've been cruising with RCCL The exception would be if you are on a B2B and change tiers on the first leg, the loyalty ambassador on board will adjust your tier to provide your next tier benefits on the second leg. In most cases you are only recognized on the sailing with the actual benefits starting your next cruise. This varies by LA with a couple of them granting benefits on the sailing you make Pinnacle
