I was just on Freedom two weeks ago. In the MDR, the prime rib, aged strip steak, braised beef duo were pretty good. The one dinner entree that I would skip is the garlic shrimp with rice. You get like 4 shrimp total. My fav dessert was the pavlova. For your at-sea days, I highly recommend breakfast and/or lunch in the MDR. It's much quieter than the Windjammer.

On sea days during lunch in main dining room they make a chop salad. Tell them what u want in the salad and they put it together in front of you.
