A vs B Veranda Staterooms

We are new to cruising and are looking at the Oceania trip from Dubai to Capetown. While it appears that the 7th level B Veranda Staterooms are the same size as the 6th level A Staterooms I am wondering if the ammenities that come with the A Staterooms are really worth the extra money. Would appreciate any comments. B.
