New rooms on Enchantment?

I have heard that there are some "new" rooms on Enchantment since the recent "stretching" of the ship. Anyone know if rooms 3879 and 3881 might be among those new rooms?

They're newer, but now they're nearly 10 years old :p.

 

If you do a Google search you can probably find out which ones, but I'd probably just assume have an older one since most cabins were refurbished last year.

The new staterooms added in the 2005 stretch are those ending with 068 to 082 and 568 to 582, adding the deck # for the first digit. Also inside staterooms added are those ending in 877 to 881 on decks 3 and 4.

The lengthening you refer to occurred in 2005 and a number of staterooms were added then to all stateroom decks. The more recent revitalization added new panoramic ocean view staterooms on decks 7 & 8 in the Centrum area.

This should answer your question, look at post #2. According to this both of your cabin numbers are in the stretched section therefore they are the "new" cabins from the stretch

We were on the EN twice in the past few months, 1 in one of the "newer" rooms and 1 in one of the "old" rooms

 

We were quite surprised that the "old" room was a lot nicer than the "newer" one.

 

Other than the old room had a shower curtain instead of the enclosure.
