Unlikely but it doesn't hurt to ask. I had a dispute over a payment and I could never get past Resolutions.

My experience has been that they do NOT give out those phone numbers. You can sometimes get transferred to them, but you can't call them directly.

My issue was finally resolved through Adam Goldstein's office. The crux of the problem was Revenue not comprehending what three different resolution reps were telling them.

Revenue doesn't have anything to do with payments. That is Accounting. Revenue only sets pricing and inventory. And no, you cannot call either department directly and it is unlikely you will get transferred to them. They are internal only.

ve been tying for one week to speak to someone at Celebrity about my refund. Its impossible. Has anyone been able to find out how to reach the Accounting Department or even the Sales Department so they can guide me.
