Dress code for chops and giovannis

Can someone let me know if jackets are required/ requested at Chops or Giovannis? Much appreciated.

We go in smart casual....I would even wear capri's and a nice shirt my other half wear a polo shirt and docker type pants.

Smart casual in ALL specialty restaurants...no jacket required. "Smart" simply means your better shirt and pants!

They would like to see you in at least a jacket on formal night but a nice pair of khakis or slacks and a dress or polo style shirt is usually fine. They want your money most of all.
