Cartegena Ferry to Old Town?

Can anyone help? I've seen posts regarding a ferry on the waterfront in Cartegena which will take you to Old Town, but can't find name of company, or its location in regards to the ship or docking area. Is it walking distance? How far from Old Town does it drop you off? How often does it run? Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

The taxi drivers didn't care for it.
