No. You can go to the Princess website for more details but it is from your 4th to 5th cruise or 31 to 50 days till you get to Ruby.

Ruby is "from" the 4th to 5th cruise or 31-50 days so your next cruise after November will be your 4th cruise & you'll reach the Ruby level on your 4th cruise.

This is correct.... I have completed 3 Princess cruises and now all the mail I received from Princess has me listed as Ruby.

Ok I see. The OP is asking will they be Ruby AFTER the November cruise. Then I guess, yes , they will be considered Ruby on the 4th cruise. Thanks

About the only real "perk" of Ruby status that is of any real value is that you can purchase the Standard Vacation Protection from Princess and they will automagically upgrade you to the Platinum Vacation Protection. Still, that is something worth having.
