Krazy Kruizers Posted July 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 2, 2014 The honeysuckle bush finally has red berries on it. Poison for human beings. Birds are suppose to like them. So far have seen only a couple of robins eat them.

Krazy Kruizers Posted July 3, 2014 #5 Share Posted July 3, 2014 Great pictures. I never have my camera out when we fly. Too much work to get it out and set up and then packed away again.

shootr Posted July 6, 2014 #8 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Went the airport last night in case a storm blew in - it's a good vantage point. It tried but stayed in the mountains... Our one daily departure to the UK: Got a good sunset though:
Krazy Kruizers Posted July 6, 2014 #9 Share Posted July 6, 2014 I keep my pocket sized Panasonic Lumix ZS19 handy, especially on flights up to Seattle with a window seat on the right side :D I used to always sit by the window -- but with my bad knees and spinal stenosis, now I have to sit on the aisle -- we always fly first class. So now I don't get all the good views like I used to. And DH sleeps most of the time.
Krazy Kruizers Posted July 6, 2014 #10 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Here are a few from Independence Day of the fireworks in DC. They were taken from Arlington, VA. Enjoy! Beautiful pictures. We live on a very high hill about 20 miles outside of Pittsburgh, PA. We moved here over 40 years ago. At time before all the trees grew up we used to be able to sit in our back yard and watch the fireworks at what is referred to as "The Point" in Pittsburgh. Now we have to watch them on TV. Thank you! It's too bad you can't see them anymore from your back yard, but at least it is trees blocking your view.
