Link for Shareholder OBC

Hi, I have used the Search function but came up with an expired form for sailings through July 31, 2014 and reservations booked by Feb 28, 2014. I printed it before I noticed the expiration dates. We sail Aug 9, 2014, and just booked yesterday.

 

Can someone PLEASE provide me for a link to a current form?

The form you have will work just fine, the date does not matter.

You don't even need the form...just FAX your certificate/proof of ownership with your date of sailing, ship name, booking #, e-mail, and phone # written on it.

Just did that and it worked fine.

Be sure to block out Soc. Sec. # and account # and any other stock that might show on your proof.:D

I have never sent a form. Just the brokerage statement and the info to find my cruise

While the application form is not required it does answer the questions that are repeatedly asked on this forum & is something Princess made to provide the information necessary to issue our SOBC.

I fax the proof with my cruise info written on it and then wait 10 minutes and call Princess. They ask what the phone number of the fax I used is and they look it up that way. They apply it instantly and send me an email confirmation. I've never used a form.

The advantage of the form is that it provides answers to all of the questions asked on CC & could reduce the many questions about how to get SOBC.
