So Seattle-based HAl, should they consider cruises that allow marijuania aboard? It's legal in their homeport. Like to hear some comments.

 

That "home port" is where the offices are, not where the ships are registered.

A vessel's home port is more generally considered to be the port at which it is based, irrespective of office location or, as you note, the port of registration.

"us" ...make that "up". Sometimes my fingers don't match my brain .. or vice versa..
