WOW! That's all I have say, except that I was on Indy for 21 days in late spring and experienced none of your problems. Lobster isn't served on European cruises. (I didn't have the drink package;). Better luck on your next cruise.

Not really - two or three cocktails poolside mid afternoon, wine with dinner then just bottled beer or shorts till the bars or club closed

Lobster was served last year on the same cruise - many others felt the standard had slipped, maybe due to contracts ending.

The upselling was also more evident and entertainment poor.

You got your moneys worth out of the drink package and the best part is that you did not have to drive home. Who is anyone to criticize another persons choices. I admit I do drink a lot more on a cruise than I ever do at home, but I am on vacation. I am sorry you did not have an enjoyable cruise. Did you send the cold dinner back, and was that the issue with the head waiter?

Sorry I meant the main waiter, who was sullen and mechanical, crashed the plates down at times, generally lacking in soft skills and personality.

Didn't apologise when food served cold or warn when plates returned at nuclear temperatures.

Yes I did get the money's worth from the drinks package, once or twice 25ish drinks a day, I do t really think that's overdoing it, one day I only had about six and on another day none at all although someone was able to borrow my sea pass that day.

No pies left in the bakery department when I went there at 3-AM

 

No lobster tails in the seafood department

 

No BBQ ribs or sauce in the upper aisle

 

Shoddy service from the head manager

 

Dinner from the prepared foods cold that night

 

I hardly put on any weight on this trip despite having 3-Gatorades to drink

 

Word of Warning... Don't shop at this super market.

 

I would gather you're in the minority of making such a strong statement trying to make everyone think the worlds coming to an end for the comments you made that are basically trivial
