Sleeps 3 vs sleeps 4?

What is the difference in the balcony rooms that sleep 3 vs. those that sleep 4? I'm specifically looking at the Sun if anyone knows the answer. Is the square footage different or same? How do they get a fourth person in some rooms but not others?

All Balcony cabins on the Sun can sleep 4; they all have a double foldout couch...

...except the Aft Facing Balconies...they have a single foldout couch and are the only "B" cabins that are limited to 3 guests.

Thanks... I thought it might be a double foldout couch. I was trying to remember from our recent trips. I wonder why they show different capacities on their deck plans(?) Anyway, thanks for the info.

The Sun also has a few balcony cabins that sleep 5 which is somewhat rare.

What about the inside cabins? Do they have the fold out couch? Or the bunk above the beds?

Look at the SUN's deck plans.

If cabin has a solid triangle, it sleeps 3 - looks like it has a couch that folds out to sleep one person.

If cabin has a plus sign (+) it sleeps 4 - its couch turns into a double sleeping 2 persons.

If cabin has a star (*) it sleeps 5 - has a double couch AND a bunk bed off the wall.

The SUN balcony rooms are roomier than the balcony cabins on other ships, but the shower and hair dryer are the worst.
