Freedom of the seas formal nights

Can anyone advise the formal nights on the WESTERN route. Second night is usually Jasmine menu but are they using Saffron menu on the first. Thanks in advance for your help. Bob

On our W. Carib. cruise last week, formal nights were Monday (day 2, sea day) and Thursday (day 5, Grand Cayman). I can't recall which menus went with which night, just that Fisherman's Plate was on day 5.

Do they repeat the menus in the same order on both the eastern and western itineraries on FOS?

 

Trying to book specialty restaurants for our upcoming B2B and it's looking like Tuesday (the menu featuring rack of lamb), would be a good menu for us to skip in favor of Chops and Portofino.
