Received a wine package from HAL.....

for filling out the online evaluation. We will be getting a 3 bottle Navigator package on our cruise in 2015!! What a nice surprise!! I would guess it's because this will be our 5th cruise on Prinsendam. I was honest about the condition of our stateroom...although this was also in response to an email I sent, in addition. I made a comment about our Tattoo excursion. I didn't ask for any OBC...I just wanted them to know, so improvements could be made, on my favorite ship. Someone was thoughtful enough to combine both sets of comments and send a very nice response back.

 

Way to go, HAL!! This bit of PR will most definitely influence our future cruises!!
