I'm going to go down the water slide on my cruise in November. I always say that I'll do it, but I always get distracted by the long line of whippersnappers. I'm going to practice being patient this year so that I can go down the water slide.

Speaking of patience, I purchased the FTTF for this cruise. That's a first.

What are you going to do on this next cruise that you haven't done before?

I swear I am going to order room service and watch a movie, or fill up a plate with burger and sit in my cabin and watch a movie!

Well after 30 cruises, there isn't too much I haven't done that I like doing. So at this point, I like to stay on the ship when everyone else gets off, and just enjoy the ship. To me the ship is often the destination, although I never skip my favorite ports. I have also discovered that I enjoy having Mimosas for breakfast on the ship which is something I never do at home. And I love it these days when Carnival surprises me with something totally new and unexpected. Last week on Freedom that ended up being that the casino stayed open the entire time while we were docked in Grand Turk. That was totally new and unexpected, and I enjoyed the casino while it wasn't crowded.

To me, half the fun of cruising is just going with the flow. And I always end up meeting some really great new people onboard. That is priceless!

I'm going to enjoy our first aft balcony, go to a sea day brunch in the MDR and go to one of the comedy club shows.

Even after all these cruises, every single cruise has new & exciting things to do!

Things we will be doing for the first time on our next cruise:

1. Cruise with the in-laws.

2. Visit Falmouth, Jamaica.

3. Sail on the Freedom.

4. Sail from Ft. Lauderdale.

5. Eat at Guys Burgers, Red Frog Pub & Blue Iguana.

6. Take a land tour of Grand Cayman.

Looking forward to these and so much more! :p

You beat me to it! I was going to post the same.

Wondered how my DW would react if I asked to go cruising with a GF? :D

She may say fine as long as she can go with her BF(s)... :p

We're sailing for the first time on Princess, so that alone will be a new experience altogether. :) We're also visiting a new port for us (Santa Barbara). On the ship, we are planning on going to the Crown Grille (we love specialty restaurants). Still deciding whether we want to do the Ultimate Balcony Dining!

The Crown sometimes gets mixed reviews. Never heard a complaint on the UBD.
