Punta Langosta store opening times?

We're going to be docking downtown and going on the Cozumel Bar Hop. We dock at 8:00 and the hop doesn't start until 10:30, so we were thinking about going ashore early and doing a little shopping. Does anyone know what time the shops in the Punta Langosta shopping center open? I've looked at their website but couldn't find anything.

 

I'm guessing it would make sense for them to open right after the first cruise ship docks, but don't want to take anything for granted.

We were in the same boat!! Bar hop was at 10 am and we docked at 7:30. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast onboard, then walked around the shops at the mall across from PL pier. There was a starbucks at that time (which is no longer there). Some of the stores will be open early and some may not, but there will be enough to walk around an browse. They were all kind of opening and setting up when we were walking around at 8 am.

I don't think Starbucks did close down in the end and there is a review on Trip advisor from September.

Hmm maybe they re-opened. It was there two years ago, then it was gone in Dec. last year.

Thanks. Sounds like most might be open by the time we get there. We were going to let the rush to get off the ship die down and go ashore around 8:45-9:00. Since we'll be right across the street that will give us about a good hour or more to shop before we have to head over to meet up with the hop organizer.

Yes, you are basically right there, so you'll have plenty of time! Have FUN!!

TONS of stores right there downtown to check out. Really, you will be fine.

Thanks everyone :) We're really looking forward to the hop. If we can get in a bit of shopping early, then we can just head back to the ship when the hop is over.
