IMO, P7 on the Navigator is the worst of the three ships. I suspect it is because it was an "add-on" in a space considerably larger than the kitchens on the Mariner and Voyager. Though it can be disappointing, I think that passengers should give it a try even if once is enough.

We were fortunate enough to have 2 nights in prime 7 on our cruise late last year.Both meals were excellent and we had table for 2 both times, with outstanding service.Yes the area is smaller than the other 2 ships, but it did not detract from the meal quality.
