USB outlet in TV on Radiance.

Does any one know if there is a USB outlet in the TV on the Radiance of the seas?

If so, is it on the side or at the back.

I'd say it's unlikely, unless maybe if you're in a suite with a larger tv.

I don't recall seeing one but the tv was a Samsung. Also the remote control was a special one (not Samsung).

I haven't sailed RCI as yet but X, Princess and P&O TVs only tend to have HDMI (if any) and no USB socket. Check the RCI forum as Gae posted.

Yes it does have a USB port, however as previously advised you cannot select the source on the remote. I was thinking of taking my own remote I think that may fix the problem. The TV selection on Royal is shocking and it would be great to watch a few movies that you took with you. They are still broadcasting the same shows that they had 5 years ago.

Are the buttons on the TV accessible? if so you can still change the settings/channels.:D

There is one on the back of the tv. You can only use it to charge things when the tv is on. We had a D1 balcony on Radiance.

Yes, I've done it and it works fine. As I recall, the TV would play avi and mkv files without problems. I didn't try mp4, but I'd be surprised if they didn't work too.
