Okay folks time for a positive post here :

 

Just wanted to say a Massive thanks to all the Senior Management team on board The Legend of the Seas.

 

We have just returned from a 12 night Christmas and New Year cruise and they really made us feel that our loyalty was appreciated.

 

We enjoyed dinner with Captain Hansen on New Years Eve, and the entire Guest Services and F&B team really made our cruise special.

 

There is still something special about these smaller ships, they are able to create a great family feel, and should not be overlooked when considering future cruises.

So glad to hear that Legend is still pleasing the passengers. We had a most fantastic spring transatlantic on her and would go again in a heartbeat. EVERYONE put forth 110% to ensure an exceptional cruising experience!

We are going on Legends on March 20th and I was a little concerned being so small.

We were on her for quite a few days in 2014 and will be back on her Jan. 26th. It is a great size ship and yes, the staff is wonderful.

AGREED!! Luca was Concierge last Feb. when we did Legend for 11 nights. He is by far the best Concierge ever (and we have had some wonderful ones). He made sure to talk personally with everyone in the lounge every night, without fail. He would cheerfully do anything you asked. Fantastic Concierge.

Actually we felt the entire crew was fantastic! Being the smallest RCCL ship, it was so intimate. We really got to see crewmembers over and over. The were all eager to do whatever they could, and always greeted us with a smile, and often by name. Great ship, Great crew.
