What Activity Manager have you come across? If you can find out when the Activity Manager until when the Activity Manager will be remaining with the ship…..EVERYONE’s help is appreciated. Thanks!

 

****Adventure OTS – Renato Arana is on board based on information provided on 9/29 – not sure until when. If someone is on Adventure, and could ask him that would be wonderful.

 

****Allure OTS – Hugo Arias began on 9/20/15 and will be on the ship until 11/6/15 when the ship transitions from Europe. Looking to learn who will be on board from then until Katie Turner returns to Allure in January 2016 (from what Katie Turner has said).

 

****Anthem OTS – Belle O’Brien is onboard until approximately 10/10/15.

 

****Brilliance OTS – Tanya Yates Tongue from 8/10/15 to October; in October she is being transferred to Serenade. Looking for handover date. Alison Currie may be returning to BOTS then.

 

****Enchantment OTS – Marvin Wilson was on the 9/21 sailing. Unsure when he started or for how long he will be there. -- Can someone find out how long Marvin will be on Enchantment?

 

****Explorer OTS – Gordon Travis is on Explorer and will be with the ship until November as he takes her over to Australia until 11/12/15. I have also learned that Amy Tripp (her promotion from activity staff member) has been assigned to take over on 11/12/15.

Looking for any updates to the Activity Manager list below....lets hear from all of the recent cruisers....who was your Activity Manager.....AND how did you like them!

Gio is still aboard Liberty, as expected according to your list. How did we like him? Well, we hardly ever saw him, and we attended as many of the activities as we could. They were always handled by the CD Dru or another member of the activities team. The only time we saw Gio was on the morning TV show, and as Dru's assistant during Love and Marriage. The two of them didn't seem to get along so well, although it was probably part of their "schtick" to play off of each other in that way.

I had a chance to talk with Katie and she leaves Indy in 5 weeks. She will return to Allure the end of January.

Gio is still aboard Liberty, as expected according to your list. How did we like him? Well, we hardly ever saw him, and we attended as many of the activities as we could. They were always handled by the CD Dru or another member of the activities team. The only time we saw Gio was on the morning TV show, and as Dru's assistant during Love and Marriage. The two of them didn't seem to get along so well, although it was probably part of their "schtick" to play off of each other in that way.

 

I have never been on a ship with Gio....but sad to hear he was not as visible as he should/could have been. The CD does alot to organize and in many cases deliver/host the events, but the AM should be very visible. I don't buy the part that it was probably part of their 'schtick' because that still works fine, being visible.

 

Just my 2 cents at least.

I agree with Donna. We never saw Gio doing any activity but the Love and Marriage Show. This also wasn't the Gio I was looking for. Oh well.

They were both very good during our recent cruise from Galveston.

 

So I see you are going on the Navigators return cruise to Ft Lauderdale. The Navigator is in wonderful shape after the Revitalization/Upgrade earlier this year. Without a doubt, the best ship in the class right now. All the new upgrades, including what I call the 'Front Crown' were well done.

 

I will be on the Adventure next week and will get updates.

They were both very good during our recent cruise from Galveston.

Update. I finally got to speak with Tino tonight. He is leaving at the end of this cruise on Monday. Tanya is already on board ready to take over. Tino will return to the Serenade after a two month break, on Jan 4.

****Adventure OTS – Renato Arana is on board based on information provided on 9/29 – not sure until when. If someone is on Adventure, and could ask him that would be wonderful.

 

****Allure OTS – Hugo Arias began on 9/20/15 and will be on the ship until 11/6/15 when the ship transitions from Europe. Looking to learn who will be on board from then until Katie Turner returns to Allure at the end January 2016 (from what Katie Turner has said).

 

****Anthem OTS – Elise Milo Stewart took over on 10/28/15 (unsure for how long)

 

****Brilliance OTS – Who is on BOTS, now that Tanya Yates Tongue was transferred to another ship? Has Allison Currie returned? Looking for confirmation?

 

****Enchantment OTS – Mosese Vutalko (Moe) has been reportedly been heard on Enchantment.

 

****Explorer OTS – Gordon Travis has joined Explorer and will be with the ship until November as he takes her over to Australia until 11/12/15. I have also learned that Amy Tripp (her promotion from activity staff member) has been assigned to take over on 11/12/15.

****Grandeur OTS – Andre Miller is back until approximately Dec 1 when TT will be returning to cover Andre’s vacation.

 

*****Harmony – Michele Scarpato has announced that he will be bringing out Harmony on her inaugural sailing.

 

****Independence OTS - Katie Turner takes over on 10/4 when Frankie Portera goes on vacation and he expects to return to Indy on 11/30/15.

 

*****Jewel OTS - Katrina Blair returned on 9/26 for a 4 month contract

*****Radiance OTS - Jeremie Gugliemi on board as of 7/28 and will be staying with the ship as she repositions to Australia.

**** Serenade OTS – Tanya Yates Tongue takes over from Tino MJ Lopez on 11/2/15 for two months. Tino MJ Lopez will return to Serenade on 1/4/16.
