Calling Busy signal

Been trying to reach them all morning and all I get is a busy signal. realized I had made a typo on one of my party's last name and need to get it fixed.:confused: Any suggestions.

Good luck. Ive been on hold with my TA for 35 minutes and waited almost an hour for NCL and still on hold trying to adjust prices. Over two hours for me so far.

Today is a crazy day for NCL.

 

If you aren't in a cancellation period (and perhaps even if you are!), why not call back another day?

If you aren't needing to make a pricing change because of the one day promo, I'd do it some other time. I tried to get hold of someone all morning. Been on hold 10 minutes so far for my afternoon on hold session.

Be patient. Worth it. Got through to my PCC and he is making the adjustment. Saving about 25% on our Alaska cruise in August 2016. Very happy.

All OP needs is to correct a name spelling.

 

Unless the ship is about to sail, not sure why it's "worth it" to wait ages on hold today, rather than call back on a less-crazed day.

I finally got through around 1:20 pm. I've been on hold for over 50 minutes so far. I'll stay on hold as long as it takes. I will be saving $449 with today's promotion. That's so worth it to me! :D
