I didn't see where you got your info, so I don't know which ship you mean. In April 2016, Enchantment will be in Port Canaveral and Explorer in Australia. So I would say one of those.

After summer of this year in Europe, Explorer will repo to Australia for fall/winter down under (until Spring 2016). So I assume it will then repo from Australia to Alaska in sometime in Spring 2016 (April-May), perhaps do one of those Australia-to-Hawaii/Hawaii-to-Alaska type repos.

Yes-- I saw a couple of cruises that repositioned from Europe through the Suez to Dubai and then on from Dubai to Asia.
