Diamond Breakfast Room

Can someone please highlight the differences between the coffee house breakfast they have onboard Celebrity and of that on Royal Caribbean?

 

We earned our elite status through Celebrity and their little breakfast area in one of the specialty restaurants was just the highlight of each day. It was so wonderful to sit and have a really great cup of coffee in the morning as well as a mimosa or bloody mary if desired. There was a nice buffet table set up with fruit, pasties, smoked salmon, cheese, etc. Just a perfect little start to the day for us.

 

Is the breakfast they provide to Diamond status and above similar to this? Are mimosas included??

 

Not even close to the Celebrity room. Coffee in Diamond Lounge on Royal is from a machine. I do miss the Celebrity room!!! Even better in cruising in

Aqua class where their dining room is next to the Elite event. We have a full breakfast in

Aqua then walk next door for the coffee.

There is also a breakfast option for D+ and Pinnacle served in Chops on some ships. We had this option on the Oasis and the Freedom on recent cruises. The menu is the same as what is served in the MDR.

Thanks everyone. I am sure I will enjoy it a lot, even though might miss my morning mimosa. I was just introduced to cappuccinos on Celebrity (hard to believe I made it this long without trying one). I just love them. Hope they are available on the Explorer.
