I fear that RCCL are totally underestimating the power and influence of the Robotic Bar Staff Union. Unless they get their tips they are likely to seek the support of their colleagues in the engine room and throughout the ship.

 

Unless this matter is handled delicately it could have ramifications throughout the industry!

Please explain what is a crew relief fund ?

 

It is a fund that each ship has set up that covers for emergency expenses for the crew that RCI will not cover. This was mentioned in one of the Q&A sessions that were held when they first launched Quantum.
