Just returned from the FOS yesterday, Sunday, July 12

 

Prior to going i would have liked to have known what movies were showing so i thought i would share in case someone has the same question as I did.

Night time Movies - Cinderella and The Divergent Series Insurgent

 

Monday Day 2

On the TV in the room, Cinderella, Aliens vs Monsters, Mega Mind and Penguins of Madagascar were shown a lot.

 

Feel like i missed some showings but it would be of a movie already listed.

It still shows on the 2015 deck plan?

 

I rather like the private ish screenings.......

I don't see anything labled "Screening Room" on the current deck 2 floorplan.

 

I believe they took out the screening room during the recent dry dock.

The 3D movies were in the theater and the other movies were on the screen at the pool.

We will be boarding Sunday. Will these movies be the same on my cruise with FOS. I was thinking these movies are shown all month.

Do not mean to hijack this thread but, does anyone know how often they change the movies?

I see no reason to show movies by the pool. There's too much noise to understand what's going on. If someone wants to watch a movie, I would think they would prefer to watch it in a screening room/small theater. Just my 2 cents worth. :). However, it is very thoughtful of you to post the movies shown on the ships. We have seen movies on previous cruises.

We never go to movies at home, but really enjoy them on cruise. Do not enjoy them at pool. Too noisy

I never though I'd watch movies on a cruise but carnival had them showing late at night by the pool. When I didn't feel like doing anything else at 11pm, I'd go up there and just relax under the stars. It was actually packed.

I'm glad you posted this. when I was on Freedom around 5/2 I walked by the pool deck and they were playing UNBROKEN. I saw enough to know I wanted to see it when I got home.
