TBone2K Posted July 14, 2015 #3 Share Posted July 14, 2015 If you don't get an answer here you might check over in the roll calls to see if you can find more information there from people who have been on the cruise recently.
Bellalago Breeze Posted July 14, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 14, 2015 We're doing the 10 night cruise the week before you and I'm trying to get an answer too. I don't want to book a specialty restaurant on formal night as we all look forward to something that's served on those nights.
papaflamingo Posted July 14, 2015 #5 Share Posted July 14, 2015 There will be only 2 Formal nights. Not sure which nights but likely the second at sea day and the next to last at sea day will be he formal nights.
KroozFoolz Posted July 14, 2015 #6 Share Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) We did the same 11 night itinerary on Legend of the Seas this past March. Formal nights were Nights 2 (first day at sea) and 10 (third day at sea). Enjoy! This is a great itinerary! We are doing the 10 night itinerary on Serenade in April 2016. cb at sea Posted July 14, 2015 #8 Share Posted July 14, 2015 Night 2 is ALWAYS the 1st formal night....the next to last night will be the other, in almost all cases.
M&M cruiseaholics Posted July 15, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted July 15, 2015 Thanks for the responses. Ironically, I want to schedule Specialty Restaurants on formal nights as the wife and I no longer want to dress for formal nights and the dress code for Specialty Restaurants is business casual with the exception of Chef's Table. Well, at the risk of turning this into yet another dress code thread, your Business Casual would be fine on Formal Night. Trust me, I have seen passengers in much less than that on FN. Trust me, I have seen passengers in much less than that on FN. The same holds true for the Chef's Table. A dress shirt and tie was what most of the men wore last time we did it. A few of the men wore golf shirts and that too was acceptable there, as it also is in the dining room these days, formal night or not formal night.
