Sip and Sail deals

Hi Princess fans,

I have been looking at some Carribean cruises in October and there are some nice deals out there. I heard a couple of weeks ago they had a Sip and Sail deal which I missed out on. We've never sailed Princess before, do they do this type of deal off and on or was it a 1 time thing? I know before Celebrity changed things, they used to offer a beverage pkg every few weeks or tips paid. We are only interested in going on a cruise with beverage pkgs.

It ended on the 18th. Beverage package was included in the cruise fare for balcony cabins & above on certain itineraries. It was the first time it was offered, so who knows.

Can't tell whether they'll offer it again. This was the first time it's been offered. The AIBP is relatively new.

Then I suggest you look elsewhere since that's so important to you and the odds of it being offered before October are very slim.

Even then, I don't think it was available to cruises booked after final payment plus it was only for balcony and mini-suite categories. An October cruise is probably past final payment.

October in the Caribbean is usually pretty cheap. You may end up doing even better than if you had booked at a higher cost with the promo.

Not a sip and Sail. It would be great if people posting had details about the actual sale. As for fares in the Caribbean, they should be really good... and thus can afford the AIBP.

The promotion only applied to cruises starting next April or May, not to any for this year.
