Room Service Question

I just found a picture of the Room Service Breakfast menu. In Vegas, we tend to order some fruit and coffee and things to eat while we shower and get ready for the day. Then we actually go to breakfast. We LOVE IT!

What time do you order room service breakfast?

The night before?

Put the sign on your door?

Can we request a specific time for delivery?

The drink packages won't work on ANY room service beverage (juice or Pellegrino) or just alcohol?

Is this something that it is even worth doing?

Any opinions are welcome. :)

You can fill out the breakfast order form (provided in your room) and hang it on the outside of your stateroom door the night before. You select the time for delivery in 30 minute increments and the first delivery time I believe is 6:30 - 7:00. You will USUALLY receive a call on your stateroom phone just before they knock on your door.

No beverage packages can be used for room service...not for premium juices, bottled water, or alcohol. You can order the complimentary juices (not fresh squeezed OJ).

Do it all the time, it's our alarm clock! :)

Put the tag on the door the night before and the time you want it. We get it between 6-7 and sit on the balcony have our fruit, coffee & Danish. Once were dressed we go to MDR or the buffet for some hot food.

Never tried ordering liquor that early we do order OJ & tomato juice off the menu at no extra charge. There's always the minibar if you wanted to mix up a bloody mary or memosa.

During the day whenever returning back to the cabin I stop at the bar each time for a bottle of water to stock the stateroom fridge for the night.

Last time I did it we had fresh croissants and coffee every AM before breakfast but when my pants would not button I had to stop.

I blame your pants for shrinking.... BAD pants!!

I punished my pants when they did that stunt... they know better know.. they got themselves an elastic waistband

either option is fine. if you put the sign out the night before they will call to make sure you are up and presentable. no drink package includes anything via room service.

i have a personal RS delivery guy. hubby gets up to work out and on his way back grab two mugs and a few danish to nibble on before breakfast

Question for PPMANUSA---Do all bars give you a bottled water if you do NOT have a beverage package?

I'll jump in as I am a water drinker and do not usually buy the beverage package. If I go to a bar or any place and ask for water, I will get a glass of ice and water from the tap.

So the answer to your question is no, you will not get bottled water if you do not have a beverage package.

Unfortunately the contents of minibar don't include the alcohol that would allow you to mix a bloody mary.

I believe it is a scientific fact that salt air causes fabric to shrink :D

And when you get home the clothes you didn't take have shrunk out of pure spite because they missed out on a cruise:D:p.

Simple science really.

There are certain items were there will be a charge and also with RCI I believe that there is an additional charge after midnight ?

So far, only Quantum class charges for some room service items. The other ships have no per item charge, just a late night charge of $4 per order between midnight and 5am.
