There are two other computer rooms I know of - I believe they are on deck 7 and 9. They are not on the deckplans, but I have indicated one of them here with the blue star:

I went to each computer room once. Only one computer was occupied, so plenty available. I bet they would have busy times like other things, but if you just need them for limited use, you should not have a problem:
