Transportation to and from port in Miami

We are going on Disney Magic and need to know the best transportation to the port from MIA. Also will need transportation back to the airport after the cruise. Please tell me what is available.

Dade County has established a flat fare taxi rate from MIA to the cruise terminal. It will cost you $24 for a cab which includes all surcharges, tolls, etc. That is one option. There are several shuttle companies including Supershuttle, but if there are 4 of you, the cab is likely your best option. Shuttles are about $10 per person.

 

I'm assuming you are flying in day of cruise since you said airport to terminal. If staying at an area hotel, find out whether the hotel offers transportation. You didn't ask, but I highly recommend flying in the night before departing on any cruise.

Depending on how many in your party Uber could work too. The costs are close to the same but you are more than likely to be on your schedule instead of waiting for a shuttle to pick you up.

Cab is your cheapest, fastest option. They will be lined up, both at the airport AND the port!

I would take a taxi or uber.

 

Taxi between port and airport is a flat fee of $27.0 per cab plus tip.
