Enjoy your trip Ken!!! Not sure if you have been on this class of ship before but it is gorgeous!!!

Dana

Dana & Danny, nice to hear from you. Yes we were on the Regal last November for it's Caribbean maiden voyage. This is actually a reunion cruise for us, as many of us decided to get together again for this cruise. Hope one of these days we can do another cruise together. We will be on the Regal's sister ship (the Royal) in January. What do you have planned for cruises down the road?

Chris, been busy running last minute errands today. Were packed and ready to go in the morning. Glad you had a great day in Grand Turk. Keep up the good work, your review is the best! Signing off, see you Sunday. :)

Cheers - Ken & Darlene

I saw Steve Morris on another Princess cruise and he was funny. I liked the ending with the bottles. I will be boarding the Regal the first of the year and am looking forward to it after seeing the pictures posted here. I sailed on the Royal last year and it was a really nice ship. There was quite a bit difference from the grand class ships I had sailed.

Thanks for the posts and I am looking forward to reading more about the Regal.

Caught up with latest postings this morning here in the UK ..... You've probably only just gone to bed. Loving the 'LIVE' feeling, first time we have read a review this way. It has a 'Big Brother' feel to it ... Have other passengers been interested and asked to be included.

My husband has a tech question on Internet and the way you are uploading your photos. When we are at sea the Internet has been very slow, particularly in sending photographs. He asked if you are using a satellite type phone or using the ship wifi.

I have just put tapatalk on my phone and wondered if that was quicker than logging into the web site each time.

We have done B2B in and out of Ft L and enjoyed that feeling of not having to pack when others are saying their good byes to the ship. We were close enough in port just to walk from the ship to the nearby mall and catch the local bus service to las Olas and the waterway boat service back. Have you made plans yet?

I use the Tapatalk app to access Cruise Critic. I have an app on the tablet and smartphone that allows me to transfer photos from the camera to the devices wirelessly plus downsize the photos with very minimal if any loss in photo quality. Then I am able to post them from the devices to this thread. My connection is the ships wifi which has been good some days and very slow others.

Chris, the dinner photos from formal night were awesome. I would have went with same menu; crème brule'e looked great. I see you will be on Crown Princess next year to Alaska. I will look forward to your beautiful pics of Alaska. Have you sailed on Crown Princess before? I have not sailed with Princess

1) Looks like the chair hogs are alive and well or there are a lot of people in the pool.

2) Looking forward to hearing and seeing how Princess accomidates folks doing B2B tomorrow.

Thanks for the great "live" review.

Chris...

Will you be using this same thread for the second leg of your B2B, or have a new one for that leg?

BILL

I will be using the same thread. I think starting a new thread may cause some confusion for some people so it's easier to do it this way

Hello friends! I got some great shots of the juggling show at the Sea View Bar and will be posting them soon! I really like the bartenders there and all but one of them will be on the second leg of my journey :)
