JeanBart Posted November 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 17, 2015 Can anyone suggest how to contact Seabourn UK. I've tried ringing, permanently engaged. Sent emails, no response. I've sent emails via the contact us page on Seabourn website, no response. How hard should it be to contact them
Tony & Trevor Posted November 17, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 17, 2015 We always contact Seabourn at Seattle-excellent service. SB UK-well!! All the best, Kind regards Tony
lincslady Posted November 17, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 17, 2015 Ditto - contact Seattle or use your agent to contact Southampton. Seabourn Southampton sadly leave a lot to be desired. I have the impression that they are very much a little brother of the HAL outfit there. If you do get any information out of them, make sure it is correct - I have had various wrong infos. from them in the past.
margbem Posted November 17, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 17, 2015 If you need to ring the USA from the UK use Planet Talk. 0.5p a minute. We use it to phone international Seabourn friends we have met on cruises!!

Isklaar Posted November 17, 2015 #6 Share Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) Another vote for Seattle. SB Southampton is much more efficient than Silversea's London office but still leaving a lot to be desired. Totally messed up OBC on most recent cruise, and Guest Services onboard left the onus on me to sort it out. Not my favourite way to pass time on holiday! vistaman Posted November 18, 2015 #7 Share Posted November 18, 2015 i sent an email some 3 weeks ago to the office in the Netherlands no single reply - probably too busy with HAL:D
wripro Posted November 18, 2015 #8 Share Posted November 18, 2015 I don't understand why someone with an inquiry does not direct it to his TA and let him/her handle it. They will know who to contact for a quick response.
Tony & Trevor Posted November 18, 2015 #9 Share Posted November 18, 2015 Agree Henry. But we have always contacted SB directly ( Seattle) SB UK drippy and very bad at replying. Kind regards, Tony
