Wow Bands on the Anthem

We hardly used them (yellows & blacks) when we were B2B on the Anthem last May 2015 & discarded them when we got home.

Well they are definitely on them now. All of the WOW bands I saw last week on Anthem had them.

 

On the Anthem sailing in October, the WOW bands had the muster station printed on them - just checked it.

I have read that RCI is now charging for the Wow Bands, on the Anthem.

 

We have our bands from the Quantum do you think we can just take them to guest services and have the bands programed so we can use them on the Anthem.

 

I loved the bands and found it very convenient to have on my wrist instead of the key card.

 

Yes, do take your Quantum WoW bands with you. Go to the front of guest services after you have a nice lunch when you get on. Just hand them to the crew and ask them to reprogram them. NO CHARGE at all!:D

 

PS: DON'T WORRY ABOUT THEM HAVING THE OLD MUNSTER STATION ON THEM EITHER, you'll just go to the new one.

You got it wrong. The bathroom is free but they're charging for toilet paper. But if you buy the WOW Band, the TP is free. Or maybe it's access to the BR is free if you pay for the WOW Band.

Yeah, I was wondering about that, too. The card has the same chip that's in the band.

 

Not that I agree with charging for the band.

We brought our Quantum WOW bands on our recent 12/12 Anthem cruise. Stopped by a table set up in front of guest service and within less than a minute they reprogrammed our bands for use on this cruise. Used them when we went to the pools since they are waterproof. Easier to use to get into room when hands are full.

I think you might have misread my post. I said we brought, not bought, our WOW bands that had been given to us on Quantum last year. We did not have to pay for them

Last I heard they were 4.95 a piece..
