Rare Lionesss Posted December 27, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 27, 2015 Really a SALE WOW I am surprised. Some of the cabins on our August sailing have recently come down in price. Usually it goes up when they advertise a sale.................well.......the on-going sale that is. Thanks

SamFritz Posted December 28, 2015 #10 Share Posted December 28, 2015 What great news! I've been waiting for them to have a sale for years now! I'll bet prices are going to be SO much better. [emoji57] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CanadaRob Posted December 28, 2015 #11 Share Posted December 28, 2015 I don't get it, most companies rotate their 'sales' so at least things look different, ie. A bogo followed by beverage package sale followed by gratuities incl. followed by a bogoho. Hasn't this SALE been running for 18 months or 2 years? Can't argue with success I guess as profits are up! gritsnc Posted December 28, 2015 #14 Share Posted December 28, 2015 This is the same "sale" that we booked 81 weeks ago. 😂 I will say though that I looked to see if the price has gone down and was shocked that it's gone UP over $1,000 more than what we paid. It is spring break though....
KidCruze Posted December 28, 2015 #15 Share Posted December 28, 2015 The wife and I want to take our two oldest kids on a cruise. The 50% deposit along with $300 OBC per room was the tipping point. We had initially wanted to take Carnival out of New Orleans because getting to NO is very easy for us, but I didn't want to put down $1000 deposit a year in advance. Also, the kids program on Royal appears to be much better than Carnival. The cruises were basically the same price, so the $300 OBC per room will hopefully make the extra 6 hour drive worth it. Clarea Posted December 28, 2015 #17 Share Posted December 28, 2015 HELP, i just booked the Vision of the Seas, if the price has gone down will this be honoured? Will they give me the beverage package. If you booked under UK rules, then you normally would not be able to get a reduction in price or better perks without cancelling and rebooking. Of course, you would lose whatever deposit you had placed. Contact whoever booked your cruise to be sure.
